The delivery services we currently offer are:

  • Standard Delivery UK: 2-5 working days / International: Up to 10 working days 

We use Royal Mail to despatch our smaller items, such as Clothing, Sportswear and singular Balls, to provide you with the best level of delivery service that are available in the UK.

All shipments into the EU from the UK are sent DAP, meaning any specific duties and taxes will be payable on arrival into the destination country.

Please note: The above options are not applicable to decorated teamwear, whichever option chosen will be incorporated in the overall time scale of production. This includes adding your team/club logo, club name, initials or squad number etc. (Decorated teamwear orders can take 16 weeks to be processed)

Larger and heavier items, such as tackle, contact equipment & ball bundles will be despatched through a professional courier, such as FedEx, that will be confirmed at the point of delivery confirmation.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you receive the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order please email us with details of your cancellation using help@rhino.direct 

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products you have returned. Please note that any carriage charges already incurred by Rhino Direct at the point of cancellation will not be credited.
